个人形象

作为一名学生，你所代表的不仅是PG电子APP，更是护理专业的形象. 以下是PG电子APP护理系学生对个人外表的期望.

着装规定

1. 头发: 学生必须有自然颜色的头发. Extreme looks such as multiple colors; extremes in bleaching, dyeing, or tinting are not appropriate. Hair must be clean and pulled back from the face so as not to fall forward while giving patient care. 男士须修剪整齐.
2. 化妆品: 如果穿, 是要保守，不影响着装吗, 制服或工作环境，必须反映专业形象.
3. 指甲: 头发要光滑，长度适中，干净. 人工指甲, 任何负责亲自护理病人的人不得使用指甲油/产品, 因为它们有感染控制风险.
4. 珠宝: 装饰性的首饰要保守，不能与着装或工作环境相冲突 and must not pose a safety/infection risk. 尽量少戴首饰. 学生可以:

   • No piercings on the body are permitted with the exception of one post/stud type earring on the lower ear lobe.

   • One gauge per ear is acceptable but may not exceed 10 mm or 00 gauge and a solid clear/skin toned plug or retainer must be worn at all times while at clinical experiences.

5. 须后水、古龙水和香水: Will be applied sparingly, as patient’s sensitivity to scents/odors must be considered at all times.

注意:如果学生选择佩戴不可见的穿孔(i.e., 穿着规定的临床服装), PG电子APP不会对可能发生的伤害负责.

临床着装(制服)

• PG电子APP的白色实验大褂，带有学院的校徽.
• PG电子APP身份徽章和学生护士徽章扩展器.

急症护理 & 实验前着装

• 学生们穿着PG电子APP统一的擦洗衬衫和锡灰色裤子, PG电子APP供应商认可的品牌，并带有当前学院的校徽. 不允许穿紧身裤. 允许穿运动裤，但必须盖住脚踝.
• 所有洗过的衬衫必须是白色、黑色或灰色的.
• 实验前需穿白大褂.

推荐的鞋子

• 学生穿干净的皮革，类似皮革的，或不透水的，封闭脚趾的鞋子.
• 允许:学生将遵循临床机构的鞋类指南.

课程与社区临床设置服装

• Students wear khaki uniform scrub pants and a navy-blue PG电子APP polo brand approved through PG电子APP vendor. 不允许穿慢跑裤或打底裤.
• PG电子APPpolo衫下面的衬衫必须是白色、黑色或灰色.
• 学生可以穿一件可选的夹克(黑色), 锡, 或海军)，可以通过PG电子APP的供应商购买. 在一些社区临床环境中，穿白大褂可能是必要的, 但这是特定地点的.

• Tops should be of appropriate length to allow for movement and positions such as reaching overhead and bending forward without revealing midriff

纹身

珠宝/穿孔

• 允许在耳朵、鼻子、嘴唇、舌头和眉毛上单独和/或谨慎地穿孔. Examples of piercings not permissible may include but are not limited to large or multiple loops in the eyebrows, 嘴唇或鼻子, 可见透皮植入物, 或面部其他部位的穿孔 大尺寸的间隔片应该是肤色的或清晰的.

额外的指导方针:

• 根据临床教育场所政策的要求佩戴胸牌
• No gum or use of nicotine products, of all forms, is allowed at any time when in professional attire.

在任何时候，都必须遵守以下对个人外表和行为的最低要求. 如果下列任何要求是一个关注点, please collaborate with the program director or 教师 member to establish a solution to the situation.

外观

外表有意地反映了个人的经常性清洁, which means being mindful of how certain elements of 外观 could impact the impression you make on others and how your image represents PG电子APP and the PTA profession.

个人清洁

Daily attention to one’s personal hygiene is an extremely important component of each student’s overall image. 明显的体臭是不可接受的. 期望经常使用最小化身体顺序的方法. 学生将保持高度的个人卫生.

指甲

指甲要整齐、干净、保养得很好. 指甲不能超过指尖. Long nails and artificial nails are not allowed for infection control and safety with hands-on care during lab and off campus experiences.

尼古丁使用

行为

临床学生制服及仪容整洁政策

学生们被提醒，你的着装反映了你、学校和职业的形象. In order to exhibit an image of professionalism to patients and visitors and to help the students comply with the various hospital policies, 以下着装要求包括:

  • If the uniform top does not offer a student enough warmth with the white lab coat (See above) a white short-sleeve or long-sleeve t-shirt may be worn under the uniform top. (t恤上的印花和/或贴花不能透过制服上衣看到.)

• 梳理:
  • 头发必须整洁干净, if shoulder length or longer must be worn such that it does not fall forward into face or patient when performing duties.

  • Rings (only wedding bands are acceptable), some specialty areas may not permit any rings to be worn*.

  • 制服外表面不得佩戴别针.

  • Additional jewelry not listed may or may not be worn at the discretion of the 教师 or clinical facility.

  • Eating food and/or drinking should be done in specifically designated areas at regularly scheduled breaks.
  • Students are not allowed to use the internet for personal use outside of the clinical requirements at the clinical site.
